Throughout the course of the program, scholars will learn how to embody the entrepreneurial mindset, establish the culture, mission, vision, and values of the organization that they want to build, and form a concise narrative around their work. Scholars will also develop the skills to communicate their research to broader audiences and build inclusive teams. Through site visits and fireside chats with founders, investors, and leading researchers, scholars will gain direct exposure to entrepreneurs and academics who have built and scaled their own organizations.

Working in an interdisciplinary cohort, scholars will build a lasting network of peers who share a drive to expand the boundaries of what is known and build beyond them. By fostering an intellectually curious and collaborative environment, ECS empowers scholars to take on the world's most challenging problems. All of the cohorts gather together in May for 3 days in Silicon Valley.
